Mangalpath Private Limited ("Mangalpath", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to providing transparent, professional and customer-focused services across its loan, property, vehicle and travel service verticals.

This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how customers, Partners and other users can raise complaints or concerns relating to Mangalpath services and how such complaints may be handled.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a clear mechanism for users to report service-related concerns and for Mangalpath to review and address such concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.

2. Who Can Raise a Grievance?

A grievance may be submitted by:

  • Partners.
  • Customers who have submitted an enquiry.
  • Customers who have used or attempted to use Mangalpath services.
  • Other persons directly affected by a Mangalpath service or transaction, where appropriate.

3. Types of Complaints

Users may raise complaints relating to matters such as:

  • Property listing or service issues.
  • Vehicle listing or service issues.
  • Travel service or transportation coordination.
  • Loan enquiry or service coordination.
  • Payment, listing fee or refund-related issues.
  • Incorrect or misleading information appearing on a listing.
  • Partner-related conduct.
  • Customer support issues.
  • Privacy or personal-information concerns.
  • Website or account-related problems.
  • Other genuine concerns relating to Mangalpath services.

4. How to Submit a Grievance

A grievance may be submitted by contacting Mangalpath through the contact details provided below.

To help us investigate the matter efficiently, the complainant should provide:

  • Full name.
  • Registered mobile number or email address, where applicable.
  • Relevant listing, enquiry or transaction ID.
  • Date of the relevant event or transaction.
  • A clear description of the complaint.
  • Supporting documents, screenshots or other relevant evidence, where available.
  • The resolution or assistance being requested, where applicable.

5. Complaint Acknowledgement

Mangalpath will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge complaints received through its authorised communication channels.

The time required to acknowledge or resolve a complaint may depend on the nature, complexity and information available for the matter.

6. Complaint Review

After receiving a grievance, Mangalpath may review the information provided and, where appropriate:

  • Examine relevant account, listing or transaction information.
  • Contact the complainant for additional information.
  • Communicate with the relevant Partner or service provider.
  • Review supporting documents or records.
  • Investigate the circumstances surrounding the complaint.

Where a complaint involves an independent third-party service provider, Mangalpath may coordinate with that provider to understand and address the matter where reasonably possible.

7. Resolution

Mangalpath will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate response based on the facts available, applicable service terms and applicable law.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, a resolution may include clarification, correction of information, service assistance, coordination with a relevant Partner or provider, review of a payment or other appropriate action.

8. Complaints Requiring Additional Investigation

Certain complaints may require additional verification or investigation, particularly where they involve:

  • Suspected fraud.
  • Document authenticity.
  • Ownership or authority disputes.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Third-party service providers.
  • Potential legal or regulatory issues.
  • Security or privacy concerns.

Such matters may require additional time to review.

9. Fraudulent or Misleading Complaints

Mangalpath encourages genuine complaints and concerns. However, knowingly submitting false information, fabricated evidence or malicious complaints may result in appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and platform terms.

10. Emergency or Safety Concerns

Where a matter involves an immediate threat to life, physical safety or an emergency situation, users should contact the appropriate emergency authorities or service providers without waiting for Mangalpath's grievance process.

Mangalpath's grievance mechanism is not a substitute for emergency services.

11. Privacy of Complaints

Information submitted as part of a grievance may be accessed and processed by Mangalpath personnel and relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the complaint.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Mangalpath Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

Where a complaint relates primarily to an independent bank, financial institution, insurance provider, vehicle owner, driver, transport operator, property owner, broker or other third party, Mangalpath may assist with communication or coordination where appropriate.

The relevant third party may remain responsible for matters that are solely within that party's control.

13. No Retaliation

Mangalpath will not intentionally disadvantage a user merely because the user has submitted a genuine complaint or exercised a lawful right.

14. Escalation

If a complainant believes that their grievance has not been appropriately addressed, they may request further review by providing the original complaint details and explaining the unresolved concern.

Mangalpath may conduct an additional internal review where appropriate.

15. Legal and Regulatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer, Partner or other person from exercising any legal or regulatory right available to them under applicable law.

This Policy is intended to provide an internal service grievance mechanism and does not limit any statutory remedy available to a person.
